In the past few days we visited Whakatane and Turangi. Lake Taupo was just as beautiful as I remembered, even more so. It was a gorgeous blue-sky sparkly day but no snow to be seen on Ruapehu.
I love being home in New Zealand, it is an extraordinarily beautiful country!
